Fertility Access offers patients at participating practices* unlimited PGT-A and PGT-A Link™ analyses through the PGT-A Analysis Unlimited™ and PGT-A Link™ Unlimited programs. These programs offer a path forward for patients looking to increase their chances of pregnancy and decrease the chance of miscarriage. Patients may have as many PGT-A, or Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy, and PGT-A Link™ analyses as needed while they are enrolled in the program until they take home a baby.

This program includes an unlimited number of PGT-A or PGT-A LinkT™ analyses and associated shipping costs for up to 3 years or until a successful outcome is achieved.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy, or PGT-A, is used to determine the number of chromosomes present in an embryo. When an embryo is formed, we expect it to have 46 total chromosomes, 23 from the egg and 23 from the sperm. Any embryos with extra or missing chromosomes are considered abnormal (aneuploid) and not recommended for transfer. PGT-A is able to determine which embryos have the correct number of chromosomes and have the best chance to implant and lead to a healthy pregnancy and outcome.
PGT-A Analysis Unlimited™ is a program tailored for individuals incorporating PGT-A analysis into their IVF treatment plan.
PGT-A Cohort Quality Confirmation
Current PGT-A technology has limitations in reporting haploidy and polyploidy that PGT-A Link™ solves. PGT-A Link™ brings enhanced testing to the market that can help improve a patient’s chance of a successful pregnancy. The service also confirms that embryos are genetically related to one another, reassuring patients that their embryos underwent testing without error.
PGT-A Link™ Unlimited is a program tailored for those integrating PGT-A Link™ into their IVF treatment plan.
Program Details
The PGT-A Analysis Unlimited™ and PGT-A Link™ Unlimited programs grant eligible patients unlimited PGT-A or PGT-A Link™ Analyses throughout their enrollment until they bring home a baby.
A one-time fixed cost is established upfront and must be paid in full before commencing IVF treatment. Financing options are available for qualifying patients through our partner Capex MD.
